In a world where size is money, those who are only Small Change (the smallest of the small and poorest of the poor) have no rights, while Big Money has it all. When a worker at a financial institution named Penny reports some irregularities in the books, she finds her personal account hacked and reduced until she is only Small Change. Can she cut the Big Money who hacked her down to size?
