Bulma had gotten especially annoyed during her latest attempt to fix the dragon radar, so she used her old micro band to shrink herself down and fix it from inside. It wasn't until after she finished her work and tried to grow back that she realized she had forgotten to charge the micro band!

Now trapped underneath the dragon radar's thick glass screen, Bulma began wildly waving her arms around in the desperate hope that someone would eventually be able to see her tiny form...
