Sarah had received word from her friend, Tina, that she had detected energy readings that were similar to Tina's enemy coming from a planet located in the Metroid universe.
After being sent there, Sarah quickly found the planet in question and not too long after she landed, heard the alarms of another ship incoming as she just began to explore.
When she returned to her own ship, she stopped as Samus aimed her arm cannon at Sarah. After quickly showing that she wasn't responsible and meant no harm, Sarah suggested that she and Samus work together to find out what was going on.
Nodding in agreement, Samus joined Sarah as the two women explored the facility. It took some time and after finding nothing but strange, random piles of clothing, Samus and Sarah made their way to the main security room to see if there was any evidence of who or what was responsible.
Before they could get in, a thing attacked them. To Samus's shock, it was one of the EMMI units that she had defeated before, but slightly modified. It was responsible for the strange readings they had detected.
Before it could attack, Samus managed to get a shot off, damaging it's head, before it retaliated with a quick beam of light. It didn't last long, but Samus felt a tingling sensation when it hit her.
She wasn't sure what happened until Sarah had driven the enemy unit away; Samus felt her armor was off and doing a quick scan of herself, she found that not only she had been shrunken a couple of inches, that her breasts had also not been shrunken to the same proportions.
After sharing her results to Sarah, both women began to hunt the EMMI unit in earnest. Though it was damaged, it managed to get the drop on both women time and time again, slowly not only shrinking them out of their armors, but making their breasts bigger to their reduced frames. In the end, neither women gave up and they managed to destroyed the EMMI unit.
Although Samus got the worse end of it, both women stood over the wreckage of the EMMI, enjoying their victory. While Samus was wondering how to reverse the effects or if they'd wear off, Sarah wanted to celebrate their victory and work off the pleasant feeling that had been building each time she had gotten smaller.
